Mr Walker is a businessman and entrepreneur with extensive experience in the management of public and private companies, corporate governance and in the provision of corporate advice. In a management career spanning three decades, Mr Walker has served as executive Chairman or Managing Director for public companies with operations in North America, South America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Australia and Asia.
For twenty five years Mr Walker has served as Managing Director of his family livestock business, which was sold in part to Australia’s largest beef cattle producer the Australian Agricultural Company Limited (ASX:AAC) in 2006, described by AAC at the time as “the world’s largest and most credentialed full blood herd outside of Japan and is viewed as Australia’s premier Wagyu Business”. He remains active in the agricultural industry, with extensive family beef cattle interests in both New South Wales and Western Australia, is one of Western Australia’s leading grain producers and a known industry advocate for animal welfare.
Mr Walker holds a Bachelor of Business from the University of Technology, Sydney, and is an Economic Development Ambassador for World Vision Australia.
Mr Robinson has gained extensive capital markets and advisory experience during over 15 years with some of Western Australia's leading corporate advisory, funds management and stockbroking firms. Since joining Cicero in 2008, Mr Robinson has served in either board or managerial positions of companies operating in North America, South America, Africa, Eastern Europe, Asia and Australia.
Along with his various personal interests, he is also Managing Director of the Cicero Group of Companies.
Mr Robinson is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia.
Mrs King has worked in finance and back office administration roles with ASX listed companies, stockbroking and corporate advisory services for the past 12 years. During this time, she has gained invaluable experience in dealing with all aspects of corporate governance and compliance, specialising in initial public offerings (IPO), backdoor listings, private capital raising and business development.
As well as being a Partner at and Company Secretary of the Cicero Group, Mrs King holds the positions of Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary at Brookside Energy Limited (ASX: BRK), Blaze International Limited (ASX: BLZ), Lustrum Minerals Limited (ASX: LRM) and Red Fox Capital Limited (Pre-IPO). Additionally, Loren currently serves as the Company Secretary of Wangle Technologies Limited (ASX: WGL) and Andes Resources Limited.
Past Non-Executive Director and/or Company Secretarial positions include Fraser Range Metals Group Limited (ASX: FRN), Intiger Group Limited (ASX: IAM), MMJ Phytotech Limited (ASX: MMJ), Property Connect Holdings Limited (ASX: PCH), Alcidion Group Limited (ASX: ALC) and ZipTel Limited (ASX: ZIP).
Mrs King has a Bachelor of Psychology, is a Fellow Member of the Governance Institute of Australia holding a Graduate Diploma of Applied Corporate Governance and has a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping).
Mr Cheema holds the position of Accountant and Company Secretary for Cicero Corporate Services Pty Ltd with over 10 years’ experience working with public and private companies in Australia and abroad. Roles and responsibilities conducted by Mr Cheema include completion and preparation of management and ASX financial reports, investor relations, initial public offer (IPO), mergers and acquisitions, management of capital raising activities and auditor liaison. Currently Mr Cheema is a Company Secretary for Corizon Limited (ASX: CIZ), Intiger Group Limited (ASX: IAM), Yojee Limited (ASX: YOJ), Sugar Dragon Limited, CFDT Pty Ltd and Technology Metals Australia Limited.
Mr Cheema has completed a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Accounting at Curtin University and is a CPA member. Having completed the CPA Program, the core competencies and key areas of focus by Sonu include Financial Reporting, Taxation, Management Accounting and Ethics and Governance. His core strengths include the ability to communicate and complete regulatory reporting requirements, assist company board and management personnel with implementing strong business structures and controls, sound governance and compliance with reporting requirements.
Mr. Puckridge is a Corporate Finance Executive formerly working as a specialist Equity Capital Markets Advisor for Fleming Australia, a Corporate Advisory and Funds Management firm. He has significant experience within funds management, capital raising, mergers, acquisitions and divestments of projects by companies listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.
Formerly Executive Director and Chief Executive of Discovery Resources Limited, Mr. Puckridge structured the acquisition of the Canberra Casino and the relisting of the Company as Aquis Entertainment Limited. He was a founding Director of Windward Resources Limited, seeding and listing the Company, raising more than $11m for the Company. Recently, Mr. Puckridge coordinated the change of Board of TopTung Limited (then, Krucible Metals Limited), returning $5m to its shareholders in 2015; subsequently, the Company acquired a NSW based tungsten project.
He currently serves as Non-Executive Director of MCS Services Group Limited (ASX: MSG) and Alcidion Group Limited (ASX: ALC) and as Chairman of Blaze International Limited and (ASX: BLZ) and Fraser Range Metals Group Limited (ASX: FRN). Mr. Puckridge also holds various positions on private company boards.
Mr. Puckridge has also acted as a Company Secretary for multiple listed Companies and is also an experienced Australian Financial Services Licence Responsible Manager (currently Director and Responsible Manager of AFSL 482 173).
Mr Prentice has extensive global resource industry and equity capital markets experience, with a proven track record of high quality corporate management and technical excellence.
His broad ranging 25 year-plus career extends from exploration and operational roles across a variety of commodities in Australia, Africa, South East Asia and New Zealand, to the listing and management of ASX-listed resource companies.
Mr Prentice has served as a Director for a number of ASX-listed resource companies, with activities ranging from exploration and project acquisition in Asia and Africa through to gold production in Australia. He has broad experience in identifying and reviewing resource projects for potential acquisition.
Mr Prentice is a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy and holds a Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Western Australia. Mr Prentice is currently a non-executive Director of Fraser Range Metals Group Limited.
David is a senior resources executive with 25 plus years domestic and international experience. David started his career working in commercial and business development roles within the resources sector working for some of Australia’s most successful gold and nickel exploration and production companies.
During the last 12 years David has gained international oil and gas exploration and production sector experience (with a specific focus on the Mid-Continent region of the United States) working in both executive and non-executive director roles with Australian publicly traded companies. David has a Grad. Dip. Bus. Administration from the University of Western Australia and a Master of Business Administration from Deakin University. David is a director of Brookside Energy Limited and a non-executive director of Black Mesa Production, LLC.
Mr Rosiewicz has extensive experience in corporate finance with over a decade working in the sector spanning across stockbroking, corporate advisory and private equity. Over this time he has gained experience in various industries working on projects in sectors including mining and mining services, energy, real estate and agriculture.
In his last role Mr Rosiewicz was an advisor at Clearwater Capital Partners, a Hong Kong based private equity firm with a credit focus on the Asia Pacific region. His role was to evaluate potential buyside opportunities, in both credit and equity, as well as exit strategies and asset management for Clearwater's portfolio companies.
Prior to that he was an investment manager at Alto Capital where he worked in equity capital markets dealing with both retail and corporate clients on portfolio management, raising capital and corporate advisory.
Mr Rosiewicz has a Bachelor degree from Edith Cowan University with a double major in Finance and Economics.
In 2011, Karen joined Cicero in a senior administration and corporate assistant role before taking on the role of Executive Assistant to the Chairman. In this role she serves as the administrative and operative liaison for the Chairman’s corporate, family office, community, and personal matters.
Karen brings strong business administration experience to her current role of Executive Assistant at Cicero.
Mr Meyers first joined the Cicero Group while studying his Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, as an Assistant Accountant, performing a range of accounting and administrative duties for public and private companies under the administration of the Group. Since graduating from Curtin University in 2016, Mr Meyers has cemented his position within the Company as an Accountant and has taken on the additional role of Junior Company Secretary.
As an Accountant and Company Secretary at the Cicero Group, Mr Meyers is responsible for preparing both management and ASX regulated financial reports, liaising with a company’s directors as well as the company’s investors to ensure good corporate governance and compliance practices are maintained and ASX requirements are adhered to.
Pearl Kellie joined the Cicero Group in 2015 and since been promoted to the corporate secretarial services department where she is training to become a Company Secretary under the guidance of Cicero Group Partners, Loren King and Sonu Cheema.
Pearl has a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with a major in Marketing and Management and a minor in Business Law at Murdoch University and is currently undertaking a post graduate diploma in Applied Corporate Governance at the Australian Institute of Corporate Governance.
Clara Lay joined the Cicero Group as a Administrative & Marketing Assistant in 2017. In addition to managing the Group’s front office administrative work, Clara is the in-house expert on digital marketing leading Cicero’s social media, marketing strategies and research as well as being responsible for Cicero’s brand development initiatives.
